Christmas Gifts for the Teacher

I've been thinking about teacher gifts for Christmas!
This can be a hard one because sometimes you are buying for someone you really don't know.
I like to give some treats that I have made or bought and add a gift card. I think that giftcards are always a great idea, especially to Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Chapters or even to the movies.
Even though I have been thinking about some gift ideas, I have REALLY been thinking about the way I will wrap them!

In this picture, I used the used the blue gable boxes, created the roof with a piece of kraft cardstock and used liquid pearls to create the shingle pattern. I punched a hole at both sides brought the ribbon up around from the bottom and tied it at the top in a bow. Then I created an icicle border and stickled it to look like snow. The door, window, and wreath on the front are done with stickles.

This is is simple cellophane bag filled with jellybeans to coordinate to the ribbon used. Bulk Barn has a good selection of jellybeans separated into colors, that way you can create you own mix of colors to whatever ribbon you are using. You can also get a large bag of multicolored jellybean at Costco but the colors are all mixed up. Both places have an excellent variety of chocolate and other treats that would be great to use in these bags. Even a bag with a variety of bath products would be nice.

Here is another version I did using a different cellophane bag . This one I filled with oranges and added a matching tag. I think this is great idea with the oranges, something a little healthier!
